The classic 1984 Buick LeSabre was Kirk Gregory’s first vehicle and the start of his love for cars. Of the 25 years Kirk has worked in the automotive industry, he’s been with Gurley Leep for nearly 16 years. While working as a Sales Professional for Gurley Leep Hyundai, he enjoys the work atmosphere where he’s treated as an important part of the company.

When Kirk isn’t working, he’s watching his favorite sports teams, the St. Louis Cardinals and the Pittsburgh Steelers, or spending time with his family. As a true family-oriented man, Kirk’s favorite place to vacation is California to visit relatives. Everyone in Kirk’s family, Gurley Leep associates included, knows his favorite drink is Dr. Pepper and always welcomes a can or bottle as a gift.

Connor Kuiper has 4 years of experience working in the automotive industry with Gurley Leep. As a Sales Professional at Gurley Leep Hyundai, Connor’s favorite part of his job is his coworkers. “We are all a family within the store.”

Connor’s most memorable experience while working with Gurley Leep was when he went on a trip to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. After all, his favorite vacation spot is anywhere warm. Connor isn’t a fan of winter, because he would rather be out playing golf. If he’s not golfing, he also enjoys playing baseball, bowling, and watching the Green Bay Packers play.

Danan Walker has 4 years of experience working in the automotive industry with Gurley Leep. As a Sales Professional at Gurley Leep Hyundai, Danan’s favorite part of his job is helping people get new vehicles the honest way. His favorite memory was helping an older woman with her first ever car loan. “She was crying at the end out of happiness and gave me a big hug to thank me.” Danan always ensures his customers leave happy and confident with their purchase, never feeling like they’ve been taken advantage of.

When Danan’s not working, you can find him spending time with his girlfriend or playing with their two dogs, Lola and Remy. During the MLB season, he can be found cheering on the Chicago Cubs. Just as any true Michiana resident would, Danan roots for every Notre Dame team that’s playing. If he’s not watching MLB or college sports, he might be watching his favorite movie, Step Brothers.

Jonathan Coburn’s first car was a 2000 Hyundai Sonata, making it no surprise he’s enjoyed the past year working as a Sales Professional for Gurley Leep Hyundai. Jon’s motto epitomizes Gurley Leep’s ethos: “I don’t sell cars, I help people.” One of his favorite moments while working for the company was when he helped pay half of a down payment for someone who desperately needed a car. At Gurley Leep, you’re not just a customer, you’re family.

As a family-oriented man, Jon can be found spending his off days with his family, watching movies. His favorite movie to watch is Batman: The Dark Knight. Jon also enjoys working out and living a healthy lifestyle. If you ever wondered what to gift Jon, he always welcomes a Protein Bar or Coke Zero.

Jon may not have a favorite sports team, but just as any other Michiana resident, he will always cheer for Notre Dame.
